AMD Cool n' Quiet

Does anyone know how to enable Cool n' Quiet on BETA 5384 (32 bit)? I have tried all three power settings and the processor (Athlon64 3200+) always runs at full freq and voltage.
I have checked the AMD website for updated processor drivers and help related to this topic, but none exist.

Though there isn't a driver available, you can use the power setting in Vista to change the setting. Just right click on your desktop, personalize, screen saver, change power setting and you will have the option of changing the power rating.

Thanks, but it does not work. In previous versions of Windows, setting the power to "Minimal Power Management" would allow the system to throttle the freq and voltage of the proc. This does not occur with Vista Beta 2, using any of the three available power schemes. Upon further research, I have discovered that Vista does not support this function, which makes it much less desirable because of it.
